1Tanah Lot

Tanah Lot is one of Bali’s most iconic and picturesque temples, located on a rocky outcrop on the southwest coast of the island. The temple is dedicated to the sea gods and is believed to guard the coastline against evil spirits. The temple’s stunning location, perched on a rocky outcrop surrounded by the ocean, offers breathtaking views of the sunset and is one of the most photographed spots in Bali.

To reach the temple, visitors must walk along a narrow causeway that connects the temple to the mainland. The temple complex includes a number of smaller shrines, as well as restaurants and shops selling local handicrafts and souvenirs. Visitors can explore the temple grounds and admire the views of the ocean and surrounding coastline.

2Tegalalang Rice Terrace

Tegalalang Rice Terrace is a beautiful and serene landscape of terraced rice paddies in the village of Tegalalang, located north of Ubud in Bali. The rice terraces are a stunning example of Bali’s traditional agricultural practices, which have been in place for centuries.

The terraces are carved into the hillsides, with cascading rice paddies stretching as far as the eye can see. The lush green rice paddies provide a mesmerizing and peaceful sight and are a popular destination for tourists and photographers.

3Ubud Monkey Forest

Ubud Monkey Forest, also known as the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, is a natural sanctuary located in the village of Padangtegal in Ubud, Bali. The sanctuary is home to over 700 long-tailed macaque monkeys that are free to roam and play in their natural habitat.

The forest is a popular tourist destination due to the unique opportunity to interact with the monkeys up close. Visitors can observe the monkeys in their natural habitat, feed them, and even take photos with them. However, it’s important to note that the monkeys are wild animals and visitors are advised to exercise caution and follow the guidelines provided by the sanctuary.
